- VAT included in fees and subject to modifications.
- Fees are for cash payment and according to current fee charts.
- Reservations are required and should be confirmed upon 100% payment of the fee.
- Reservations must be paid in full 48 hrs. before the date of service.
- Cancellation charges: a 20% charge will apply for changes up to 48 hours prior to date of ticket, and a 40% charge for changes up to 24 hours prior to ticket date. No refunds will be made for less than 24 hour changes.
- Payment shall be made upon the total number of reservations. If there are less passengers than the number reserved originally and no changes were made on the reservation (with the modification receipt issued by the company), the company will charge for the original number of passengers.
- In case the reservation is for less passengers than those requiring the service without previous notice, the company shall not be held responsible if there is no availability.
- All services are subject to route changes and cancellations due to weather conditions.
- Photographs included in emails, website and/or estimates are for illustration purposes only, and Sturla & Cía will assign the boat the company deems convenient according to the type of trip and number of passengers.
